USC & Clemson Fans Invited to FREE Certified SC Grown Tailgate Nov. 30th

While the state’s biggest rivalry is sure to bring out loyal Gamecock and Tiger fans, both can show their support for SC Agriculture when they visit the Certified SC Grown Tailgate tent Nov. 30 before USC and Clemson battle it out on the gridiron.

The South Carolina Department of Agriculture (SCDA) is hosting the Certified SC Grown Tailgate at Gamecock Village on Bluff Road in Columbia. The free tailgate is from 3 to 6 p.m. The tent will be located near the children’s activities area.

Fans can taste and see how easy it is to incorporate Certified SC Grown produce and agricultural products in tailgates, family get-togethers and holiday dinners. Tiger Fries, Cocky Wings, collard dip, chili, boiled shrimp and peach cobbler are just some of the tailgate food planned for the big day.
