NCDA Workshop to Educate Producers on Avoiding Recalls

Several food recalls in recent years have involved North Carolina products, and NC Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler wants to help educate producers, packers and others along the food chain on how to avoid a recall, and if a recall does occur, how to recover from it.

A workshop is planned for October 3 at the Agronomic Services Building at 4300 Reedy Creek Road, and is tailored for anyone who grows, packs or ships fresh produce.
