NC Primary Narrows Ag Commissioner Race to Two
North Carolina's incumbent Ag Commissioner, Steve Troxler won the state Republican primary on Tuesday handily over Bill McManus, and will be on the ticket for a third term in November.
On the Democratic side, Walter Smith won over Scott Bryant by a narrow margin to appear on November's North Carolina general election ballot.
2012 is an off-cycle election year for South Carolina.
