Conaway Frustrated with Democrats on Farm Bill

House Agriculture Committee Chairman Mike Conaway says he is disappointed with Democrats for breaking-off farm bill discussion on the Nutrition Title. Conaway says he intends to tie a massive training program for adults to getting food stamps in the future. However, committee Democrats want no-change to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.
