Carr Testifies on Capitol Hill for H2A Reform

Chalmers Carr, co-owner of Titan Farms of South Carolina, the second largest peach operation in the country, was one of several farmers who testified last week before the US Senate Judiciary Committee relating to the need for H2A reform. Mike Davis reports.
