Well, according to USDToday pet owners have enrolled their dogs with spinal cord injuries in new experimental studies to see if a revolutionary treatment could help their pets. The treatment is a series of shots and scientist are hopeful that these shots could make these dogs better, and then one day help people too. This new research is a win/win situation that has the potential to improve the lives of these dogs and the quarter of a million people in the US who are living with spinal cord injuries.
