Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis and causes pain and swelling in the joints. This test works by analyzing a single drop of fluid taken from the joint of a person or dog. Researchers developed the test with the help of dogs, who get osteoarthritis just like people. This test could help the more than 27 million people in the U.S. living with the osteoarthritis.
