  • The South Carolina Farmer Veteran Networking Lunch will be held Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at the Phillips Market Center located at the State Farmers Market in West Columbia.
  • FVC is a national nonprofit that mobiles veterans to feed America. They develop viable employment and meaningful careers for veterans by fostering the collaboration of farming and military communities.
  • In South Carolina, there are over 4,700 veteran farmers.
  • We take pride in our over 4,700 veteran farms and the unique skills and character they possess. Our veteran farmers are strengthening rural communities and create sustainable food systems.
  • FVC is trying to start a South Carolina chapter, so this networking meeting will be a good first step for those interested.
