Food recalls can be destructive to a small food business, and North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services along with NC Food Safety and Defense Task Force are teaming up to host a workshop on preventing and managing food recalls on Wednesday, September 19th.
North Carolina's Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler explains that the workshop is for home-based food businessess, shared-use kitchens, food, meat processing plants and co-packers, among others.
