Changes made include those in the Gross Margin Livestock Revenue protection, Prevented Planting options, and moving the conservation compliance date to August. The spring price guarantee for corn is $3.96, soybeans is $10.16, and spring wheat at $6.31.

The primary spring crops include corn, soybeans, wheat, oats, forage seeding and many varieties of fresh and processed vegetables.
