B&H Foods Recall

B&H Foods, based in Chester, SC has had their Registration Verification Certificate revoked by the South Carolina Department of Agriculture’s Consumer Protection Division when Listeria monocytogenes was found in the finished product.

While the name ‘B&H Foods’ may not be familiar, the brands they produce, Ruth’s Salads, should be.

Without the RVC permit, the company is prohibited from producing, distributing and selling any products until the RVC has been restored.

If a product label says it was produced in Charlotte, NC, it is unaffectd.
