North Carolina Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler says that the 20 finalist for the Best Dish in North Carolina Contest have been chosen. The contest, sponsored by NCDA &CS and Our State magazine was creaed to reward the efforts of restaurants and chefs who use North Carolina product regularly in their menus.
