The seventh annual Commissioner's Food Safety Forum will take place on Monday, August 22nd at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Center in Research Triangle Park. NC Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler hosts the event which this year will take place in conjunction with the NC Agribusiness Council's Ag Leaders Conference. Admission to the Food Safety Forum is free and lunch will be provided.
This year's speakers will be coming from the FDA, the National Good Agricultural Practices Program at Cornell University, and the Center for Produce Safety at the University of California at Davis.
