Flavors of Carolina Food Show Huge Success | | | Program 4147 (download mp3)

North Carolina's Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler hosts the annual Flavors of Carolina Food Show in Raleigh. This is the second of two annual events that offer a forum for North Carolina food businesses to showcase their products in front of national and international buyers. This year a record 106 NC food businesses took part in Charlotte's show earlier in February, and of those 33 were taking part for the first time. In Raleigh, more than 100 companies were looking for more ways to sell their products and stay competitive in an expanding local food market.
