NC Ag Commissioner Outlines Strategic Water Plan

North Carolina's Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler outlined the state's strategic water plan at the 6th Annual Ag Forum last week.  The commissioner said that as a growing state the demand for water will become greater in the years to come.  The water plan identifies water resources, future needs and ways to better manage water resources.  The project also guides farmers to improve efficiency, conservation and supply of water.
