NC Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler says that while it's a busy time of year for farmers, they should make time to attend this year's 6th Annual Ag Develpment Forum at the Holshouser Building on the NC State Fair Grounds. The Forum is held in conjunction with the Southern Farm Show, February 2nd - 4th. The Forum will be held February 3rd, from 9:30 am until 12:30 pm, lunch to follow.
In addition to the Commissioner's State of Agriculture address, this year's keynote speaker is Matt Martin, senior vice president of the Charlotte branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
