SC Agriculture to Promote Healthy Cooking at the Southeastern Wildlife Expo

South Carolina Ag Commissioner Hugh Weathers explains that in addition to today being Valentine's Day, it's also American Heart Month.  In honor of healthy eating making way for a healthy heart, Mr. Weathers is promoting SCDA's presence and cooking demonstrations at this year's Southeastern Wildlife Expo  in Charlston.  The Expo gets underway Friday and runs through the weekend; SCDA will have 13 cooking demonstrations throughout the Expo promoting SC grown foods.
