Last time  we spoke a little about legislation in Congress that could affect agriculture, Now, there's a little 'dust up' inside the Beltway, and that's the possiblility of regulating dust on farms.  SC Ag Commissioner Hugh Weathers says the Environmental Protection Agency is considering a creackdown on farm dust.  They call it couarse particulate matter (PM) under provisions of the Clean Air Act.  If approved, the legislation would establish the most stringent and unparalleled regulation of dust in our nation's history.
