This year’s peach crop in South Carolina is set to exceed that of Georgia. SC Ag Commissioner Hugh Weathers says that most of the state’s peach crop is used fresh, in some capacity. Also, on July 3rd, Lexington will be hosting their 52nd Peach Day with Mr. Weathers as the Grand Marshall of the parade.
