Economic Perspective - Using Tax Reductions

Dr. Mike Walden, NCSU Economist, says that tax reductions are often used to stimulate spending.  This strategy in 2009 resulted in: 40% used for spending,  34% used the money to pay down debt, and 24% saved the money.
