North Carolina's Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler, along with other commissioner's from the southern United States met last month in Charleston, and one of the topics they discussed was immigration reform.  Recently, the US Supreme Court struck down most of Arizona's immigration law, bringing the issue to the forefront once again.

The Southern Association of Agricultural Districts have laid out a plan, which they plan to present to the national group later this fall.
