Animal Research Minute - Could a Boston terrier named Chloe offer hope for eradicating a deadly brain tumor?

Well, the Daily Press reports that Chloe has a fatal brain tumor called a glioma, but a new treatment could not only extend her life, but also the lives of people with gliomas. You see, Chloe underwent surgery to remove the tumor and is now getting an experimental brain tumor vaccine that trains her immune system to kill remaining tumor cells. This incredible breakthrough in cancer research is now helping Chloe and could one day help people with this same deadly brain tumor.
