Well, Fox News reports researchers have successfully created viable mouse sperm in the lab, using germ cells taken from mice. Scientists have been trying for many years to create lab-made sperm and, although more research is needed, this finding could one day be translated to people. This breakthrough with mice could eventually help people struggling with infertility to have children.
